incredible service. tom came over quickly after I made the call and gave me so much peace of mind. We had a mouse problem and he knew exactly where to go, what to do, what kind of traps, and where to place them. I was worried about my dog and babies; he knew exactly how to make sure they stayed healthy and safe. I was so anxious and upset about the problem and I just felt so safe and secure knowing that a true professional was taking care of me and my home. suddenly everything wasn’t so bad anymore. thanks for your help Tom

My family just moved to Oceanside in the Ivey Ranch area and we were overrun by ants and spiders. At my old home I used Orkin for years, and they were great, but EXPENSIVE. These guys were out canvassing the neighborhood for new business and I liked both the pitch and price point so I went for it. They completed their first service and for a week we're ant free. Terrific. Keep it going...

We have never used a pest control company before but decided to this year and we are glad we did! Harper sprayed and we are now bug and spider free (took a few days after the spray to notice). Funny thing is our next door neighbor, on the same day, had another company scheduled to spray who was twice the price for the same service. He cancelled and used Harper instead. They also gave me a 10% discount for paying for the year up front.

I met Thomas Poole in my neighborhood and after learning about his Harper Pest Control company, we decided to switch from Orkin and give them a try. The rates are more affordable than I was previously paying with my former pest control company. We are on a bi-monthly service plan and if we have any issues in between services, they will come and spray at no additional cost. It is mosquito season and over the past couple of days I've noticed an increase in mosquitos. I emailed Thomas late last night and he called me back within minutes and scheduled a service call for early the next morning. He arrived on time and sprayed inside and outside of our house. I was very pleased with this excellent level of customer service. I have complete confidence in Harper Pest Control and would recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control solution at their home or office.

I woke up to a mess of ants invading the kitchen and so I called Harper Pest Control. They were out immediately to remedy the situation. This was extremely helpful because of my six kids that are constantly running and playing through the kitchen and throughout the house, so I really appreciate their clean green products and methods of taking care of the pests quickly and safely. We've had a massive rolly polly infestation, nothing we tried worked and we tried everything! Everyday we'd wake up to hundreds of those bugs in our pool! Gross! Astounding! After months of persistent ant invasions into our home despite efforts to keep the interior squeaky clean we called Harper on the recommendation of a neighbor. Tom arrived right on time two days ago, explained his treatment process, treated the interior and exterior, and astoundingly not a single ant has appeared. He must be the pied piper - all of the ants followed him far away from here. Thank you!!

Tom Harper came by and sprayed our home for the ants infestation problem that we were having and before you knew it the ants were gone within a few hours! It didn't take very long. He uses green clean products that are safe for kids. He really came to our rescue as we were finding ants in our beds and all over the house! But on the same day we didn't see anymore ants. Can you believe it? The person that I spoke with on the phone was patient and she explained everything for me and took the time to answer all my questions. So glad that I went with them! I don't know what I would have done if I didn't call them. Tom did the trick! The products that they used didn't leave a long lasting smell. I couldn't tell at all. If you ever have a need for pest control I highly recommend calling them and getting a quote!
